Privacy Policy

This page explains what data we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Data Controller

Eidra Consulting AB, reg. no. 556810-6206, Grev Turegatan 1, 114 46 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing described below. For data protection matters, you can contact us at Josefine.hoff@eidra.com.

What we collect

When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect pseudonymised usage data. This includes which pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (country level, based on anonymised IP), and basic device and browser information.

How we use it

We use this data to understand how the website is used, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of our content. Analytics data is processed in aggregated form and is never used to identify individual users.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

What we don't do

We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or financial data through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not enable Google Signals or cross-device tracking. We do not share analytics data with third parties other than Google Analytics.

Data processor and international transfers

Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) acts as our data processor for Google Analytics 4 under Google's Data Processing Terms (available at https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/).

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (July 2023).

How long we keep your data

Analytics data is retained for 2 months, after which it is automatically deleted in Google Analytics. Your consent preference (the ftn_consent cookie) is stored for 1 year.

Your cookie choice

No analytics cookies are set until you explicitly accept cookies. If you decline analytics cookies, no analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device.

When consent is declined, limited technical signals may still be sent to Google in accordance with Google Consent Mode v2. These signals do not include cookies or unique user identifiers and are used solely to generate aggregated statistical modelling. They do not enable individual tracking.

Your choice is stored in a cookie called ftn_consent for one year.

You can change your cookie preference at any time by clicking here or in the footer of any page. This will clear your stored preference and show the consent banner again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Josefine.hoff@eidra.com.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY): https://www.imy.se
